THE BILE THEORY OF LIFE I was slaughtering chicken and I realised that when my mum wanted to cut it, she did it in a particular way, then I got a thinking that life has to be cut in several ways to be fulfilled in other to bring success .She dissected the side of the arm and limbs ,but when she got to the neck side of the chicken she cut out the neck and we both held the two limbs at each end to pull with our bare hands ,after which she pulled out the intestines ,lungs, heart, large intestine and small intestine. Right beside the gizzard was a very small greenish substance proportionate to 0.2 per cent of the whole chicken or even smaller. She was extremely careful when separating the substance from the gizzard and I had to ask her why, she said the substance is known as bile which contain bile acid and that as small it is when spilled it could make the chicken bitter and not edible for consumption.
